definitely kickboxing, well for me anyway because when im stressed i have too much energy for yoga (like want 2 move about to much) and my stress tuns to anger so its a lot better beatng the crp out of someone or something at kickboxing than trying to relax at yoga, i just couldnt do it.


kickboxing for me cuz i take out my stress on my punching bag that i have and its great for me!! and on yoga i think its a bit boring for me…so it also depends on you??
