    Dear friend.
    you get stress in any work which lack intrest, make your work place and work interesting. (Start loving your work – work will be a game)
    Time Management – Plan your work.
    Meditation and any form of exercise, listening to music.
    Take breaks at regular intervel ( 50 mts work and 10 mts break, this will recharge you !)
    go ahead ! Life is beautiful !

    I have always found that physical activity is the best. When I need to forget about things i get on the treadmill, bike, go hiking in the woods, etc. Get the blood pumping and endorphins flowing. It will also clear your mind so that when you get back home you will be able to think more clearly about what you need to do.
    What ever activity you enjoy do it. Don’t eat or just sit and watch the tube.

    best way to get rid of stress is meditation.
    further more if you can do morning walk atleast for halfan hour daily. or do your favorable exercise in the morning or atleast five minutes deep breathing.

    Sleep if you can. Though it is difficult in this situation.
    Move out of that stressful situation, divert your thinking to some good moments, enjoy a good comedy show and then go to bed.
