    i think about a calm stream…deep…flowing with currents and all…then i think of holding down the head of the person causing me stress in the water and washing them away…it seems to work for me…and gives me a laugh in the end…sorry seems sick…but it does work

    stress is a symptom of a problem… and like most remedies given out today they all lead to how to hold onto more stress and/or cover up the symptoms. One solution fixes all never works.. so yoga works for some people… then again I Think most people are not built to do some of those yoga movements… thai chi is a better form of exercise, simpler less stressful more natural in movement.. works with the body not challenges it wich means less stress. Until we understands what really produces balance, we will continue adding to the problem no matter what cover up to the symptoms we use.

    It seems like you are on the right track.
    First of all–are you a dog person? or a cat-person?
    Whichever one you are, adopt a pet of the opposite and psychologically manipulate the animal.
    No physical abuse, just screw with their head a little.
    For example, I tied my cat to a tread mill and turned it on to 0.05 miles per hour, so it was like the pace of a turtle.
    THat way the cat really cant sit down because it has to get up in 25-30 seconds to tread another 2 feet.
    I start out with like 2 hour sessions, but now my cat is a marathoner and I have left him on all night one time.
    Now I’m addicted and I can never have as good of night’s sleep, as when I hear the hum of my electronic treadmill and knowing that my cat is being manipulated.

    i do yoga have daughter with mental illness and im her target when shes not well my neck shuts down and jaw i go yoga and get releif also i have always been afraid of dentist had take pill because of nerves , well just had my tooth pulled and used yoga breathing got thru it without pill tech held my hand and said my heart rate an pulse had slowed down
