Eliminate stressors from your life. if they are people or situations tell them you’ll have to get back to them.
Go somewhere by yourself, like shopping! It’s a great stress releiver. Tae a day trip to a spa or to a clothing outlet. Paint, read a book, listen to music, eat good foods.Sometimes playing a video game helps!

All the above activities will help a lot .. but one more most effective activity I would like to include is ” Meditation and Yoga ” .. It really works.
It not only helps to achieve mental relaxation but also makes us ready to conquer the coming strange problems.

relax all of your muscles
take a deep breath in
count to 4
breath out slowly
tell yourself everything is okay
keep your eyes closed
concentrate on one single thing (something non-stressful)
do this four times a day (in the most stressful times of the day)
chocolate helps
get a pillow put ur face in to it and SCREAM as LOUD as u can it feels good and its not as loud with the cusion over your face or go boxing lessons or buy a punchbag lol i just do all of them works for me good luk
1) have sex
2) get in touch with nature – go outside and play, be a kid, fly a kite, go to the lake, have a picnic
3) watch some tv
4) take a nice long hot steamy shower
5) exercise

Well remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts!!!!!!!!!!!!! So try giving the day to yourself by taking a swim watching tv and settling down to a slice of apple pie (unless you don’t like apple pie or cant swim lol) well GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
