They have great tips and information to help you beat any stress.
Put the best songs that you like and make you ‘alive’. Put it on in your headphones, and find the best roads that can give you 1 hour power walk. start walking with the rythm, and enjoy it. Power walk one our, let your heart beat fast, and you’ll be back home with more relaxation. Arrive home, take a hot bath/shower and take a pepermint tea and sit to watch a comedy. Your stress then will make you forget things that are on your mind, and if anybody you know reminds you of your stress, tell them to just shut up!
I go on my treadmill or put on music and dance and sing to my favorite songs. This always helps me feel better. When you are stressed or anxious about something it helps to do something physical to get the energy out. Sometimes I just write about what I am stressed about and that helps too.
