The best way to stay stress-free is to be completely competent in every thing that you do. This is hard to impossible. Why not start out working on the hard stuff and then proceed to the easy stuff so that you can end your work in an unstressful way.
There’s no such thing as “stress free.” Everyone has it at some time or another. The person who has no stress in their life isn’t doing anything, or they’re in a coma.
Everyone needs a little stress in their lives. It helps us to get motivated to do something.
It’s not the stress that’s the problem, it’s how a person deals with it. Exercise is probably the best way to deal with it. Even just a walk for 20 miutes can actually lower the effects of stress. So can meditation, and breathing.
To expect your life to be stress free is unreasonable. A little can be a good thing. You just need to learn how to cope with it.
first get orginized get a journal for each class (or have each class share one) and right down all your homework in it then i would get a zipper binder to keep all of your stuff in (get a big one) try to finsh your homework as early as possible (free time in class or during lunch) meditation helps alot and so do breaks. if you think u r going to have a stress meltdown that is when you take a break, sleeps helps to. also if u can get a good rub down that helps alot.best of luck.
Sit on your bed and do breathing exercises for 10 minutes or a bit less,Drink lots of orange juice and make sure you have a healthy breakfast an empty stomach in the morning makes it very hard to concentrate.Other then that stress is a part of life you have to remember it keeps us on our toes
