Time Management & Sleeping?

ITS FINAL TIME. And I am more stressed then EVER.
Every night, I procrastinate waaayy too muhc, so i wind up starting my homework around 11 pm, and then studying for finals until 2 am!!
Every night I get around 4-7 houors of sleep.
WHAT IM TRYING TO ASK HERE IS ::
How does this lack of sleep affect me?
How can I stop procrastinate and use my time more wisely?

    lack of sleep = lack of focus because you are tired.

    studies have shown that people who have had little or no sleep drive exactly like a drunk driver. SO, I think this is a good example that sleep deprivation affects you greatly.

    loss of sleep is worse than any other disease believe it or not, you are more likely to die from sleep deprivation than from smoking. Anyways go to GNC get melatonin, that will help with sleeping. Another thing to get there is some kind of mental focus formula, it works wonders on concentration. As for advice on procrastination, only you can solve the problem.
