Time Management…help Me!!?

I am a Nursing student, full time school and a new full time job. I have decided I could tape record myself studying and play it back while commuting to work (20-25 minutes). I am usually organized and good at managing time but this upcoming semester, I feel overwhelmed. I work on campus and decided I can go to the library to study for 2-3 hours after getting off work…but where do I put my boyfriend and family into my schedule? Exercise….eating (I don’t even know what to take with me for dinner!) The only time I am going to be home is before I leave for work and when I get back around 10 p.m. when it’s time for sleep. If anyone has ANY suggestions or ideas for me, please don’t hesitate to respond…I need all the help I can get right now. (Also, how do I not gain weight under all this stress!!??) See, I’m overwhelmed…..whew. Thank you.

    prioritize. in some situations, there is literally not enough hours in the day to do everything so every day when you wake up, write down the things you need to do in order or their importance to you.
    work and use your time efficiently.
    value your health. things like eating a real meal, not just something quick from mcdonalds, getting enough sleep and having time to enjoy yourself are very very important for your health. make your health high up on your list of priorities.
    be happy. maybe you should cut some of your things out of your schedule if the rewards don’t outweigh the stresses.
