Time Management! Help!?

Its only a week left to my final year exams. Which are REALLY important. And i have to do superbly well in them.
I did pretty well for my mid terms(top 60 out of 800) and so i slacked off a bit. Which i SHOULD NOT have done. And these finals are even more important!
So what can I do to manage my time better? Im supersupersuper stressed so i cant concentrate. Its a new struggle for me everyday. I’ve been living on coffee all these days and i feel like its taking a toll on my body. I keep crashing every 2-3 days too! Im so scared. I’ve only completed half my math and chemistry syllubus. And i havent done econs and i’ve barely started biology.
Everyones got great expectations out of me cause i did really well in our national exams last year, scoring the best possible. But i dont know why. This time its so difficult.
I NEED MAJOR HELP PLEASE! and some motivational stories would help too.

To start off I think you should go over the major ideas on each subject so you have and idea of what you are doing on the test. Then I would go to the subject you struggle the most on. I would also stop drinking so much coffee. If you do it will be harder to stay concentrated and you will crash and you cant afford to sleep 8 hours when you crash. I would go to sleep, wake up eat a nice breakfast and then slowly start to go over everything. Take a break if you need it and try to keep your stress levels down. Good luck on the test.

Brooke if you really want specific help, outline these details for me
    1. No. Of Subjects
    2. Provide a syllabus breakdown
    3. Outline which you have completed (confident)
    4. Outline which you have not completed (are not confident)
    5. How many hours day you have to study & how many days left
    6. Schedule of exam (eg: 15/10/09:Math, 18/10/09:Biology)
Once this is done, I maybe able to strategies something.
