I have been in Plumbing for 1 year and 5 months. I am currently with the third company. I left the first one immediately after determining that 1/2 of co-workers were determined to run me out (also left for higher pay). Second company laid me off in favor of a more experienced mechanic who could bring more money in. Current company: I believe that they want me to go and at least one is tedious about his on going attempts to stress me out. The boss obviously is quite oblivious and not capable of really running his company. It IS running him. The company seems to be incorrectly staffed from a standpoint of (client demand:available experience) ratio. As in this company has made some very poor personnel decissions. I could report harassment but, believe that once anyone wants you out that they will not relent till you leave and that management will always tell staff to stop not realizing that they will not stop harassing-they will simply harass in different ways. I do not want to deal.
