I have ulcerative colitis which is treatable but not cureable. I heard that yoga and other stress free excercises help the condition and other conditions. Do they? I’m wanting to try yoga for several reasons like stress reduction and to get in better shape, I am stiff and not flexable do you think I can do yoga without being flexable etc? What do I need to know as a beginner or any advice? Can any one tell me where to find a good reputed Yoga training, Stress management Techniques for corporates, executives in Mumbai? I could locate one at www.supremeyoga.com and another at www.kartikvyas.com. Any more suggestions? derived from it? I know there is more to yoga than the physical exercise. There is meditation, general lifestyle, and maybe some other stuff. So is it the physical exercise that’s doing it or the other things or a combination of all of them? |
