Personally, when I’m feeling stressed I’ll simply lie down in child’s pose for a while and breathe. Then I might do some cat/cow stretches, and some breathing exercises (pranayama). That works best for me.

I have lifted weights for 7 years and would like to see if Yoga is a better fit for my current lifestyle. I am married, a mother of two, employed full-time, and a student. Specifically, I wonder if Yoga would help with stress management, flexibility, focus, etc.?
