Your goin to bring your work/problems home. People will only like you coz yr a manager, they wont like u for you, then psycolocially yr goin to think and ask yrself ‘do they really like me for me or my wallet’. Then why do they become managers for?

I have always been a shy, quiet person but have always managed to make friends and maintain relationships pretty effieciently. I still have this problem though- I feel immense pressure is social situations. I always feel like I’m being judged and the feeling is so overpowering that my face tenses up and my cheek starts shaking. It’s really embarrassing and I HATE IT so much. I really want to know how to change it. I have tried these stress management pills but they don’t work, for prom recently I was so nervous- I tried some vodka (not a lot) but it didn’t do anything for me. I have tried sleeping pills and I don’t like them because they make me so tired and I can’t focus. I have tried medicines like nyquil and that makes me a bit drowsy. I just want to know how to change this- it seems like I will never get over it! Please help! Any suggestions! Thanks

So need to work on my weight a little bit. I hope to try to get back to what I was at a couple months ago being 140, or lower.
I also need to work on stress management. I know it is typical for a high school stuent to feel stressed but it is taking over my life. I will be a senior in high school and wll ahve more stress from college desicions so I need to manage my stress.
Also, I know it’s not important, but my hair and nails are very weak and damaged. I need to know if there is any way to help that.
My over all health is very poor. I always feel down and tired and sick. I need to work on a better diet but I have little choice to help that at all. I have little choice in food bought at the store but I have some.
Another less inportant is my feet are rough and my skin is very dry. Other then lotion what can I do
And last my face needs cleared up. I have tried a lot. help would be apperciated

It has been dwindling down bad for a year now. He’s not currently having an affair either. I love sex and want to have it with him but he is so disinterested. I am at my wits end! I don’t want to cheat on him, what should I do? I’ve tried everything by the way. My self estime was affected till I went to stress management classes. I feel bad, real bad though. What should I do?

During my shifts, I am often the only manager on duty and either close or open the store alone. I get so stressed out that I can’t sleep at night. I’ve also lost 25 pounds since May (not intentional!).
I am going back to college in the spring and I can’t handle working like this AND going to school, so I am looking for a cashier job ANYWHERE for maybe 25-30 hours a week.
Does it sound weak if I tell possible future employers that I am leaving my management job due to the stressful nature? Or should I just say that the hours were too much with school or something (I currently work 36 hours/week). . .?

At the time I wanted to be a GM in a hotel, but later I would find out that this industry is terrible. If I would be a GM, I would have to probably start at the front desk (for $8/ hr) and work there for ten years. Then I would probably become the manager of the front desk (salary in only the mid to high 20,000s) and then ten years after that I would finally get to a GM position. However, the problem with this position is that in every two years the majority of hotels are usually bought in sold and then the GM would be replaced. The first GM at my hotel was fired because of this and has actually worked at five different hotels in five different states, in as many years. Now I am having difficulty finding a job b/c the jobs I am applying to want degrees in other majors. I find myself ALWAYS thinking complaining and blaming my school b/c they didnt inform me of any of this. Does anyone know what i can do to help?
