I have been rather stressed lately and it’s been bugging me very much so, I know that fixing the “problem(s)” would be the best idea obviously but in reality fixing it won’t come soon…

anyone have any tips on how to have a stress free road trip to florida, with a six month old in july? its going to be a long drive and very hot when we get there. theres also 2 other children 14 and 11, and two more adults. any tips would be helpful, thanks.

Got Any Stress Relief Tips?

I have a LOT of pent-up anger/stress/frustration thats starting to manifest itself as violent outbursts towards my closest friends, not physical acts of violence, just fierce arguements. Can anyone suggest some ways of getting rid of all this anger?
p.s. someone has suggested.. err… “sexual relief” but i think its safe to say that thats not going to happen..

best advice – hire someone to help. Move specialists are not that expensive and they will do much of the hard work
They will provide the boxes, pack them, carry them, unpack – well worth the cost

Im currently a communtiy college student looking to transfer to UCLA or UCB. I try very hard and get extreemly stressed out to the point of depression and anxiety. Plus, I am dirt poor so I have to live with my mom who is depresses herself so we dont get along very well. Any advice on how to cope with the stresses of school? I need some help.

Anger Management Tips Pleeease!?

What is a good healthy way to release the anger and stop.. being angry..
I have been really stressed (so it’ll as no surprise that I’ve been stressy) and everything seems to piss me off.
I don’t like hurting peoples feelings and that is why I need a way of letting the anger out and not hurting someone (or their feelings)
I just need some basic pointers that can easily be put into practice, and I don’t want stress relievers (atm lol) just anger reliever tips :P
