Anger Stress Relief Techniques That Work?
I don’t have a punching bag i’m in a hospital i’m extremely mad I have no stress buddy thing. If I don’t get calm i’m going to hurt something or someone HELP

just listen to the music, make sure you have no cell phone on, or screeming kids in the back of the car or nagging mother in laws LOL
and stop so now and then for a coffee or to enjoy the view.(if there is a view)
take you camera with you and take some nice pictures or what ever.
Don’t think of driving as a bad thing, it can be great..as long as you enjoy it.
I’ve been overly stressed lately and I feel like I’m losing it. I need to calm down. Any tips?
for middle school. I teach foreign language, and, especially in 8th grade, there are always a couple of students who disrupt and make learning difficult for the rest of the class. What are the skills I need to learn, or where can I find them?

I am claustrophobic, and on looooooong drives (like up to Michigan and back) I get very moody and sick. At one point I felt suicidal.
I’m a mother of three young kids and quite often they drive me crazy. I need a way to quickly relax. And I need something better than counting to 10!
recently i’ve been crying everyday and got a panic attack..i went to a psycologist and she said that im rly scared and im not happy at school so this causes the depression so she asked me to do a research about relaxation and stress management so i was wondering if any of u know gd techniques that can be helpful…thx
i did this.
-start to make people happy
-start to make jokes with your friends
-start to feed the orphans (see how incredible it would be when they say “thank you” or smile at you
-start to help someone’s out wherever and whenever you are
-start to make a plan to give something to your friends, family, beloved, etc
-start to think, “everything happens for a reason”
-be good
-watch comedy movies
-whenever you feel like angry ro someone, get away, and do some sports (boxing is good)
-last but not least, be close to God

Meditation. Twenty minutes of meditation a day is a necessity for me.
Also take time out for yourself. That means no cell phone calls or business during certain hours of the day and / or night. Do not always fell pressured to give an answer or response to every problem. Sleep on things and tell people you’ll get back with them tomorrow.
Enjoy without guilt a few selfish pleasures. Life is short be willing to eat desert first. Tell people exactly what you want and completely appreciate the indulgence when you get it.
Find somebody with a similar outlook on life and spend time with them. Try and laugh or smile at least twenty minutes a day.
