Pick something that would challenge me but not something i’ll barely cope with and stress me out, not something too easy, something that doesn’t require a lot of writing/essays, speeches and lots of mathematics.
And why?

Should I Let My Husand Take Our Children Overseas For Christmas Without Me For One Month?

my husband and i are living together but we are emotionally separated, if that is a term.
we have had an awful time where i had postnatal depression, then i started a full time senior management job while our 2 children were young toddlers. he went through a midlife crisis. we were both suffering stress and pressure of every day living. he then had an affair that lasted 9 months (most of that he was living with her). that affair is over, and he is living with me again since early August.
I am 8 weeks pregnant (to him) and he doesn’t want the baby. I do. We had planned to travel to the UK for christmas to see his family, and his parents are paying. but now he is saying he’d rather take the kids without me.
I know i wil get lots of backlash from his family, its hard to say no if they are paying.
I am freaking out, the longest we hav ever been apart is 2 nights.
how do i say no so they’ll all accept it without me being the big bad ***** ruining their christmas?

needed
3. Low benefits (Only Medical insurance 50% paid) , 10 paid
vacation days, 5 paid holidays.
4. Less pay (100%),
5. 15 min drive to work
6. Less career advancement opportunity,
7. Good boss & Bad coworkers
Job C:
1. Moderate stress, Tight work schedule, Heavy workload.
2. Work independently, supervisor job, overtime needed
3. Great benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision insurance 100% paid), 3
week paid vacation days, 13 paid holidays.
4. Better pay (120%)
5. 45 min drive to work
6. Less career advancement opportunity.
7. OK boss & OK coworkers.

Should I Take The Job Offer?

I am a department head where I work. I have been offered a different position with the same company, more money and an upgrade into a pre-management position. ALSO much more stress, I will be in charge of about 10 people under me. It is the only way to go if I want to be in assistant manager line. I do, it is more money and I am not worried about being capable. It is just a huge change from being in my own department running how I want and knowing I do a good job there. It will mean a lot more stress in my life, however. I have already had one heart attack, totally related to stress. However, I have worked a 7 day week for 3 years and still can’t meet my bills and avoiding creditors is definitely stressful. What do you think?????

I am being offered a management position at my job to begin after I come back from maternity leave. It was a position I had before but I left the job for a while. Now that I am back, they want to offer it to me again. When I had the position before it was very stressful. When the position was originally offered to me now for the second time, I was excited to take it again because I was under the impression that things within the company had changed (the very things that stressed me out so much before). I saw areas where my abilities could really be useful and was ready and willing to be able to put my two cents in again. However, now I am seeing that things are even more corrupt than before and I’m hesitant to take the job. There have been issues with money missing, for one. People keep getting fired for it, but the money still keeps going on missing all the time. I don’t want to be the next person to get blamed for it.
