In our society, stress seems to be an ever present animal. Stress relief is something to be desired. We are bombarded daily with stressful news, loud noises, financial strains and emotional stress. You can barely turn on the TV without feeling your blood pressure rise. With the slowdown in the economy, financial strains are probably the biggest one we have to deal with today.
