i got my ged.. 15 yrs ago.. went I got it i went as far as 6th grade and thought my self at home to pass the test and i did.. but i know my spelling.. grammer.. english and math.. sucks… big time.. i am 43 and do not want to spend 4 to 6 yrs to complete something.. i also know i dont want to work with kids.. or anything that is stress full and requires to much thinking.. no management.. do not want to tell people what to do.. any ideas???
I currently am about to finish my degree in Business Management with a minor in Mathemetics and have been contemplating a career as a secondary math teacher.
Could I get any info regarding pay, stress levels, etc?
I have a 12 year old son in Secondary school on a part time basis, he has been fully statemented since the age of 6 with 32 hours one to one support. He has been diagnosed as having ADD with Aspergers Syndrome. We are trying to get him some support from the Autism Outreach service but the LEA say his Aspergers is not severe enough to warrant their help. His Consultant Psychiatrist has written to them to suggest that his Statement is amended but they are being very difficult and lax. In the meantime, my son’s difficulties are not being addressed so he is only in school 3 mornings a week. I am now unable to work because of this and feel very very isolated and stressed. The worst thing is that my son does not even understand that his behaviour is “odd” and because we or the school have no access to Autism Outreach, no one can help him. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks.
Okay, Well I’ll be a Junior in High School Starting September 10th. I have a couple of questions. How can I manage the hours so I don’t get stressed out? Which classes should I do first for home work. How big is this course load? How long will the Home Work be a night? I’m not sure about how many Tests and Quizzes I will have a week. Can anyone give me an average of how many Tests and Quizzes? How difficult are the classes?

I want to go to umich desperatly, i participate in 1 afterschool activity and posibly 3 by the end of the year (im not sure about the other 2 and one is a comunity service program) i have never been in trouble (no detentions) and want to enroll in their sports management program, if i get decent scores on my SAT and ACT and bring my gpa up to around a 3.4-3.5 can a good essay stressing my interest in the university get me in?
Which of these would you personally recommend as a major, taking into account job availability, pay, and stress levels within the field? Banking, e business, finance, human r management, management, marketing, retail man., science in info. Systems, comp. security, database dev., database management, internetworking tech, networking, web dev., international business. Please offer me your suggestions on which of these would be the best choice. I really do not know what would be the most beneficial to me. Thank you in advance.

Freshman year I was very lazy, never did homework and when I did(on that rare occasion)I was VERY stressed out. So this year I am going to do all my homework but I need to work on my time management skills.

My school day ends at 2:30 P.M and I have night school from 6:00-9:45 PM for P.e on tuesdays and thursdays. Please help, on when i should fit in homework. We have block scheduleif that helps.
