What are some good relaxation / stress management techniques? Is there any pill or medicine that helps you relax and have less stress and what are good ways to reduce it? I’m a 15 yr old and with all the stress going around, I’m tryng to teach myself how to kick back and go with the flow. Solutions? Stress has been defined by some as an “imbalance between demands and resources” or when “pressure exceeds one’s perceived ability to cope” My question is, what specific steps to do you use, or have you found effective when dealing with stress? I’ve been told that relaxing / managing stress can lower my blood pressure. Does anyone have any tips (ex. breathing exercises…)? I am doing a stress management course and cannot decide which answer it should be. I have been pondering over this for quite some time so help with this is going to be so appreciated. What do you feel? And after the session do you really feel relaxed? I’m curious to know what are the basics of reiki and what a person feels improvements of that Japanese method. The book’s for a girl btw, if it makes a difference. |
