When i get bored or stressed I eat this is seriously hindering my exercise and I need to find ways to snack healthily and cure my stress without food. What do you recommend? I am currently favoring pesto humas with bread sticks. ^_^ Looking for something with some realistic tips, not some Dr. Phil-type drivel. |
