I have worked for 30 years in addiction treatment. Part of the treatment includes many techniques for stress management including meditation, muscle relaxation and visualization. How can can I market this as a product to adults without addiction problems? Thank you for your comments.

there’s so many types of yoga, it’s hard to know exactly what each form focuses on. ei: vinyasa flow, asana, hatha blend, iyengar, ashtanga…. etc. im looking for something not to fast paced. thanks. :]
