I’m thinking about doing my research paper on the benefits of exercise and I need like twenty different sources for my bibliography. I figure if I have a lot of topics under exercise benefits, this paper won’t be so difficult.

It has been one month that I am using a breathing exercise called Hans kriya ( you can find more about it at http://human-temple.com/programs_hansa_k… ). It is very simple and powerful breathing exercise. Whenever I feel stress I use this and found very calm and peaceful.

It is almost common knowledge that exercise reduces stress. But how does this work specifically? Do you have to exercise WHEN your stressed out in order for stress to be reduced? The best stress reduction exercises are the ones you enjoy! You have to find something you like to do that takes your mind off you troubles, whether it is a hobby, taking a walk, reading, meditation or laughing.
