I’m 22 years old and i had recently started taking a genetic brand of birth control pills “Enpresse” i am on the Wednesday of the second week, & due to upcoming surgical procedures i will be having and my higher risk of blood clot along with the 4 lbs. i have gained thus far and can not afford to…i have been advised from both my mother and weight management/ post surgical preparation doctor to just stop taking the birth control and stress my boyfriend to put on the glove…even if we are sexual active far more then just twice a week…i plan on making an app. with my Gino., but not sure if i should take my pill today at 10 am??? some advice and insight will be greatly appreciated! much thanks in advance!

I’ve been to anger management classes and tried stress reducing but not one goddaMn@@ thing works!
I always feel so fu@@ing angry all the time ……..full of rage and I don’t know why…..Nor does my doctor or counselors!!!!!
!@#$ $%^ &*…………… It’s been this way since I was 13 and now I’m 33!!!! 20 years of total blood pressure vein popping ANGER………….I guess the only thing that is gonna stop my rage is a fatal heart attack

I have a lot going on right now (just bought a house, gas tank leaking on vehicle, problems with dad, stress at work, stress at hubby’s work, etc….), and I’ve been finding myself going over my problems as soon as I wake up in the morning and getting angry over them. I am usually a very rational person who doesn’t anger easily, but with the heap of problems I am dealing with currently my temper has gotten short. I yell at my husband for stupid arguments and constantly find myself becoming angry about my situations (just especially 1st thing in the AM, which is not good). I would love to go to an anger management class but have neither the time nor the $$$. Any relaxation tips? Or books or websites I can check out? I’m pretty sure I don’t need meds or anything like that, just better ways to deal with all this stress. Thanks much for reading and for your input.

My boss has been making life extremely difficult for many of the employees. 3 have quit in the past week, and I am on the verge of quitting but must find another job first. My boss has no formal training in business management, and is very difficult to communicate with. She will appear very happy one moment, and leave nasty notes the next. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can deal with my stress and anger? I feel as though I am about to explode, but do not want this to happen in the workplace.
