In our society, stress seems to be an ever present animal. Stress relief is something to be desired. We are bombarded daily with stressful news, loud noises, financial strains and emotional stress. You can barely turn on the TV without feeling your blood pressure rise. With the slowdown in the economy, financial strains are probably the biggest one we have to deal with today. If you get laid off from a job, you start getting behind on your bills. Once that happens it cascades down on you. Bill collectors start calling and hounding you for money you don’t have. Your children look to you and wonder why they don’t get the things they used too. As a result your wife or husband also gets stressed. They then begin fighting about little things which only makes the stress worse.
