Okay, I get stressed very easily. Every time I get mad or upset, I get the urge to hurt myself. Instead, I played darts. But that’s starting to lose it’s effects. Any ways to relieve the stress I get when I’m mad? It’s starting to happen quite often and I’m getting headaches often. Any tips would be wonderful.


Maybe you could try writing down what you’re stressed about. Write what is bothering you, and how it makes you feel. Allow yourself to let go of those things, but puting them down on paper.
I’ve tried it. It might work for you.
