As they said, exercise. Also, remember you should take nothing personally. People that take everything personally are the ones complaining they don’t get raises because of discrimination. Granted, some are valid, but generally those that overstress themselves thinking everything that happens is a direct attack upon them will rarely get a promotion because it shows in their performance.
Excersize. You’ll not only look great but your mind will feel great to as your brain releases endorphins. Trust me!
Find some kind of vigorous exercise that you enjoy and do that during your lunch time (or before / after work if lunch time does not allow). I tell you, it melts the cares away.
I think stress free is impossible. All I know is you have to take time for yourself which is really hard to do sometimes. Even if it is just 30 minutes that you just forget the world and do something relaxing to you.
Meditation. It’s the best.
Try deep breathing for 10 min. three times a day.
