I Want To Completely Batter Myself. Can Anyone Help?

I want to make myself a better person, health wise…I am 5’4 and weigh abuot 170. So need to work on my weight a little bit. I hope to try to get back to what I was at a couple months ago being 140, or lower.
I also need to work on stress management. I know it is typical for a high school stuent to feel stressed but it is taking over my life. I will be a senior in high school and wll ahve more stress from college desicions so I need to manage my stress.
Also, I know it’s not important, but my hair and nails are very weak and damaged. I need to know if there is any way to help that.
My over all health is very poor. I always feel down and tired and sick. I need to work on a better diet but I have little choice to help that at all. I have little choice in food bought at the store but I have some.
Another less inportant is my feet are rough and my skin is very dry. Other then lotion what can I do
And last my face needs cleared up. I have tried a lot. help would be apperciated

hey, i don’t have a ton of solutions but i’ll share what i can =) hope some of it helps!
As far as stress goes, congratulations on surviving junior year! College apps can be stressful, but nothing is as painful as your junior year of hs. So first off, celebrate that you’ve come this far! Sometimes really simple things can help you de-stress. Make sure you get enough sleep – or at least as much as you can – three hour nights certainly won’t help you have a better temperment. Also, if you’re really feeling overwhelmed, put down what you’re doing and find something to do for you – reading, even a shower, some mindless tv – it doesnt seem like it, but an hour break can really help you relax, and you won’t be losing that much time.
Your hair you can help strengthen with any sort of shampoos for weak/damaged hair – there are a billion out there. To make it shiny and more smooth, you can stick a leave-in conditioner, or if you’re cheap (i know it sounds gross) mayo in your hair for like 20 minutes (then wash it nicely so it doesnt smell haha) will help your hair not to be so dry.
Nails – mine refuse to grow, and if they somehow managed it they’d break immediately. The only thing that’s worked for me so far is to get fake ones and leave them on for a while – for some reason this really helps them grow faster. You don’t have to fork out a lot of money for this, or get really fake looking ones if you’re opposed to it. If you have a dollar store around, you can pick up ones that look just like regular nails for about a buck – theyre like 5 dollars at a target or walgreens, etc. Pick a spot and something you like and glue em on – they actually help out a little.
As far as your overall health, stress can do a lot to ruin you. Make sure you’re trying to destress a little, get as much sleep as you can (even if it occasionally means going home early on a weekend. sorry!). You said you have little choice of foods, but if you can manage it, pop some healthier snacks in during your day to give you more energy without harming your weight. Dried fruit (there are a few chosen fruits that are actually really good), yogurt, even yogurt covered raisins or pretzels can help you out there. And drink! Stay hydrated with water =)
As for your feet, get a pomous stone (sorry about the spelling) and rub your feet with it – that will get rid of some of the dead skin, which should help the lotion do its job.
Your face…I’m assuming acne is your problem. Many face washes and acne medications from a drugstore can really help! You can also try a dermatologist if you dont seem to be getting anywhere. Good luck!

Your main question says you want to “batter” yourself–lol. I thought it was a joke. You might get more answers if you corrected that.
I did not intend that to be derogatory–just being honest.

Get over yourself.I’m sure you have made plenty of typos.
As far as the posters question:
L-Theanine can help with stress and relaxation.
Exercise at least 20 minutes a day.
    Take daily multivitamin/mineral supplements.
    Do not smoke or drink.
Try a body cleanse to rid your body of toxins.
If you can eat organic, do so. And why don’t you go shopping with whoever grocery shops so you have a better selection?
stay away from eating too much sugar and foods/drinks that contain high fructose corn syrup.
Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water daily.Herbal teas are good too.
Only eat candy and drink soda/coffee occasionally.

I recommend http://www.sparkpeople.com for planning an exercise and dietary plan that will work well for you and get you back to good!!
They have a good support system there with loads of helpful hints.
Yes it is important that your hair and nails are not what they should be. It means you are not in good nourishment and need lots of help!!! That is one of the signs of malnourishment!!!
Also you need to see your family physician for complete annual physical with accompanying blood workups!!! talk to your mom now!!! don’t wait!!!
