way up to managemnt..We have had general mngrs come and go but we have 2 that came in last yr that has driven away LONG term people.Even some that have been here longer than me. My job has created many medical problems for me..I have several stress related illnesses..I know my job is not totally to blame but unless you have worked there you wouldn’t know what I am talking about..it has come to the point where I HATE going to work andI LOVE what i do..I just do not like the STRESS the management puts on “US” and I either end up throwing up in the bathroom before shift is over or missing work for 3-4 days out of the month because of the symptoms I get from my stress. I am protected from losing my job with my family medical leave act and I am entitled to so many days off a yr with FMLA…Is there anyone that knows how I could qualify for unemployment due to the stress @ work? I want to wk but not for them and I need to pay for my cobra ins. while looking for another job…any ideas

You can’t get unemployment for quitting a job because it is too stressful. The Family and Medical Leave Act only allows for an employee to take medical leave when the employee is unable to work because of a serious health condition. You’d need to find doctors to evaluate our serious health condition. FMLA also doesn’t give you paid leave.
