How To Deal With My Manager’s Micromanagement?

My manager is more interested in practicing her micromanagement rather than encourage us to build skills and competence. She is a control freak who is never able to delegate effectively but hover instead. She likes dictating methods rather than providing proper preparation and direction. The worse thing is she makes the employee responsible for any results that go wrong, and fails to offer them with a condition essential to growth and development. Her management system creates stress and discontent among employees which its outcome “Yes mam”, as employees discover it’s easiest and safest to go along with her. We prefer to calling sick every time we can’t put up with her attitude anymore. One of my associates has ended up taking his depression pill everyday in order to cope with her arrogance.
She always makes our Vice President thinks the employees don’t perform better, thus he pays us a lot lower than we deserve. It makes us think we’re treated as if we’re worthless and consider about other options outside the industry.
How to deal with her attitude & her management?
Thanks.
