I guess it’s different for everyone, but for me I always feel great when I get done working out and sweating. I’m just so pumped with endorphins after a workout I feel almost giddy and just a happier person.
Some people love to just beat the crap out of a bag and imagine it’s a person they want to get in the ring with, or someone that pissed them off that day.
A boy of mine loves to get in the ring with other fighters and just see how he fares up against them. He feels great when he gets out of the wring whether he wins or looses because he knows where he stands on his skills and what he has to work on.
For some just knowing they are staying active is a great stress relief.
It really just depends on the person.


honey any vigorous exercise relieves stress, it does not have to be just kick boxing. exercise and stretching not only gives you good blood flow but also relases oxygen into the body,plus being plum tired out from the work out is a stress reliever by it self!
