Many adults making a later life home transition have not moved in 30,40, or 50 years and need to downsize considerably. The organization and physical physical tasks associated with planning and implementing such a move can be overwhelming. moving is stressful fro all of us, but may be even more stressful and challenging for families experiencing issues such as: Chronic Illness, Relocation Stress, Transition Trauma, Complex Family Dynamics, Intricate Asset Management, Dementia or Mild Memory Impairment, Clutter or Hoarding, or Long Distance Travel and Communication. Fortunately, older adults and their families now have the opportunity to connect with qualified professionals who can assist with the physical and emotional demands of moving.

I would definitely make it shorter. haha. Go through each sentence, and read it outloud. Take out the words that you feel are unnecessary.
For example, the first sentence.
“Many adults who have not moved in 30 to 50 years have to go through the process of downsizing.”
See? I think you just put alot of unnecessary words, creating really long sentences. But I hoped my example helped!
Many adults making a later life home transition have not moved in up to 50 years and need to downsize considerably. The organization and physical physical tasks dealing with planning and implementing such a move can be overwhelming. Moving is stressful for all of us, but may be even more burdening for families experiencing issues such as: Chronic Illness, Relocation Stress, Transition Trauma, Complex Family Dynamics, Intricate Asset Management, Dementia or Mild Memory Impairment, Clutter or Hoarding, or Long Distance Travel and Communication. Fortunately, older adults and their families now have the opportunity to connect with qualified professionals who can assist with the demands of moving.
Many adults who have not moved for decades often find they own too many possessions they must care for. It is much easier for them to let go of possessions and live a simpler life. Organization and physical exertion required to simplify life for older adults are much more demanding than on those of us who are younger. It may be even more stressful for families who encounter significant crisis such as:
*Chronic Illness
*Relocation Stress
*Transition Trauma
*Complex Family Dynamics
*Intricate Asset Management
*Dementia
*Mild Memory Impairment
*Clutter and hording
*Long distance travel
*Communications
Fortunately, older adults and their families can now be assisted by qualified professionals in transitioning more smoothly and less stressfully when encountering such crisis.
