I am applying for a job as a scheduling coordinator. I need to change some things on my resume to fit this job. Any suggestions?

Dynamic and positive personality; comfortable taking charge and quickly adapting to change

Demonstrated ability to independently learn new skills, handle stress, and solve problems
Experienced in self-managing work efforts to complete work in a timely manner while maintaining high standard of quality
Take personal responsibility for all work outcome; thrive in competitive, fast-paced environments; excellent work ethic

Bullet points – skills should be accentuated with action verbs and quantified. i.e. you can’t just say “dynamic”, you need to show them. what have you accomplished?
Grammatical / structural corrections: customers, peers(COMMA) and…, present/past tense mix (present tense for most, past tense for some; choose one), take personal.. for all work outcome? etc.
Assuming you want to keep objective, here are general areas to focus on:
Objective
Education (where did you go, from when to when, what degree, what gpa, what awards)
Experience (detail your work experience chronologically)
Skills (computer skills, typing, software, programming?, etc.)
Other (optional – volunteering, community outreach, etc.)
Everything should fit on 1 page.
You need more specific details such as:
scheduled work crews, 50 employees, for construction sites
assisted clients with call in requests for (whatever)
it great but u need to seperate into catergie like goals, experience, Education, and keep it short like a page
Well your objective should always be short and the way it is organized should catch attention. This is a good form of how to do a resume.

When they look at a resume they are not going to read the whole they, they would look at it a few seconds especially if its a big company. So you have to wow them on the first sight. You explained to much on your skills, it just has to get to the point. Remember print on professional resume paper. Good Luck
