I have a LOT of pent-up anger/stress/frustration thats starting to manifest itself as violent outbursts towards my closest friends, not physical acts of violence, just fierce arguements. Can anyone suggest some ways of getting rid of all this anger?
p.s. someone has suggested.. err… “sexual relief” but i think its safe to say that thats not going to happen..

If you like exercise, then try that. It is a great stress reliever and it also releases endorphins which gives you a natural ‘high’. For me, if I am angry, sad or stressed I run. It is my therapy and it works for me. You may like some other things such as kick boxing, biking, lifting or whatever. It’s OK to feel stress and anger…that is what makes us human. Now ‘dealing’ with the stress/anger is what makes you or breaks you. There are healthy ways of dealing with it (exercise, writing, listening to music etc.) and not so healthy ways (violence towards others, drinking heavily, drugs etc.) So just find out what works for you…everyone is different.
(also, some people like to draw or paint to relieve stress, as well as cook.)
i suggest be more patient…be more patient towards your friends,practice patience whenever they insult you…
