The burden that we would have and the requirements are those that we have to stick to, at least for now. This is the other burdens, the ones that we can change that we really need to focus on. The problem is, it can be difficult and distressing for us to get rid of the burdens as well. <br/><br/>The best way for you to be able to make changes that are going to reduce your stress is to do them one at a time. Although you may have the big picture in front of you, you still need to look at smaller pieces of the picture as to what you&#8217;re going to change.
