I have released a CD of original music for stress relief and relaxation. I have found that the exact music, in combination picturing a setting in nature, will give a heightened state of relaxation. Every time I listen to the CD and imagine myself in the setting of the title of the song, such as a rainfall or waterfall, I am instantly relaxed. Let me know your thoughts if you listen to the CD.
