completely, totally and utterly fabulous! i love how it starts all professionally, very sorry about your dad by the way, and then degrades into name calling and all the basic stuff that is sure to get him worked up. you’ve been given a lotta **** and you deserve to end the job with something big like this!

it’s only radio shack. do what you want to do. karma does have an odd way of coming back on people 10x worse than what he did to you. don’t worry he’ll get his in due time. i wouldn’t give him the privilege of my time and effort of a letter. i would never show up for work again and get a new job.

Sorry about your dad. Your letter is great, but you might want to consider removing the cuss words (atho IMO he deserved it). Telling off the DM about his poor job performance will be enough to piss him off, with or without the cuss words. You can safely assume that the DM will send a copy of this letter to your manager. If the cuss words are in it the DM will send it to your manager in hopes that he’ll make you look bad and unprofessional. I don’t know your manager but with a letter like this one in his hands he might reconsider giving you a glowing reference to future employers. Also consider the fact that the DM is probably your manager’s boss and as such he’ll have to follow whatever requests the DM makes, including requests to give a bad reference to potential employers. …just something else to consider.

I am sure this will go into your folder with the company and may be used in terms with other employment ops. You might want to remove the cuss words. But all in all it was great. and sorry about your dad
