yes i have “the miracle balls ” they come with a book and i got them at barns and noble …. i love them you are supposed to breath deep and relax sometimes you can actually feel the muscles relax. i love mine however one of the previous posters suggested some tennis balls i use them also and i love them too. they are great for tight muscles.
