Hi everyone,
I’m 26 years old and I have recently changed my career from working as a freelance flautist to holistic therapy (stress management and life coaching). I want to make some new and refreshing changes in my life and (I know this sounds really, really silly) but I love aviation. My second cousin is a professional pilot and I would love to take flying lessons one day (after I’ve saved up!) I had thought about working as a flight attendant before I started my business but I realised I actually wanted to fly the plane instead! I am being supported by my partner until by business takes off and I am marketing and looking for refferals at the minute. It’s taking time but I know I will get there. I know I wouldn’t be able to fly professionally at this stage in my life but is it still worth looking into? Should I pursue something in this area? Thank you for your advice. K x

Well, you can do anything if you have a strong enough desire. I think you need to consider how realistic your idea is, taking into account costs, around 60k and the job market. Here is a useful guide to various routes into the job. Maybe you could apply some of your life coaching skils to your own situation.http://careersadvice.direct.gov.uk/helpw…
If that is what your heart want. Then you should totally go for it!
