can u tell me how to prepare for the exams stress free and without worry because nowadays i only end up studying one day before the exams and that leaves me so very stressed out
i’ve tried proactiv, clean and clear, clearasil, biore and nothing worked! i even went to a dermatologist and it made it soo much worse!!
anyone have any tips on how to have a stress free road trip to florida, with a six month old in july? its going to be a long drive and very hot when we get there. theres also 2 other children 14 and 11, and two more adults. any tips would be helpful, thanks.
Start by prioritizing your work load. Be aware of your limits – do not offer to take on more than you can handle. And equally important, remember self-care (get enough rest, exercise, eat right, hang out with friends/family, etc.) as this will help you manage stress. Good luck!
