I have a rented property and the smell from damp is so bad in the front part of house that we cannot use front entrance, our Landlord is usually fantastic, and he IS dealing with the problem, slowly, however, the smell is travelling through our appartment and rendering our second bathroom unuasble. Is it unreasonable to ask for a rent reduction? We pay a lot of rent, always on time, and I’m really stressed out with it now.
