Yoga
meditation
jogging or just walking
exercising to help get your mind off of stress and to destress your body.
Reading a good book or zoning in front of your TV to your favorite all time movie.
And of course SEX but if thats not an option right now then I say any of the above should help.Or perhaps you could start finding other things that you were unaware of.Like perhaps take up sewing or knitting or something thats mundane and you just DO not think about.
Hope those were at least a little helpful good luck hun.

You could always go out on a date with me.
Yoga
I can think of several natural stress relievers.
Exercise, chocolate (in moderation), a short nap, deep breathing, singing, yawning, yoga, stretching, petting the dog or cat, taking a walk, listening to quiet music (like Mozart or Bach, not rap or anything abrasive).
You can also take a natural substance called Melatonin as a dietary supplement.
Kava or Valerian root work great but be careful liver problems have been noted…
A sensual foot massage after a long tiring day out.
I use a stress relief product that helps tons and works in about 15 minutes. Makes you calm without being drowsy and without Kava or other dangerous herbs.
I wouldn’t do the valerian. It could make you sleepy.
Meditation CD’s are really helpful too to quiet the mind.
Good luck in school!
After work I say weed .
Tea, Baths, Showers, long walks with friends or lunch dates with friends, Spa days, or massages work well.
Try hanging out at the mall.
