Music and prose. Seriously, get that ipod out, or some headphones and an old *** walkman (it doesn’t matter) and jam to some music that will cry with you, scream with you, fly with you, dream with you, whatever. Write down your feelings, whether it be on a notebook with a pencil or on a microsoft word document. Don’t write them on a blog for people to ridicule them, because that will only make you more mad (or if you don’t mind ridicule then go ahead because there will always be those that support you as well). It’s hard to get started when you’re writing because it’s hard to channel such fierce emotions on one very simple task, but once you get started your fingers will fly and your emotions will settle.
First figure out what you are really mad at. A person? An event? Or is it yourself? More often than not, we are to blame for the things that happen to us. Make sure who or what you are mad at before continuing the anger. Otherwise you will come off as just being silly.
you might be mad because you would have failed in acheiving a certain thing. now work hard to achieve it. finally you will be the happiest person in earth. i promise you
best of luck.
You can always punch the mattress.
