I currently smoke about 2 packs of cigerettes a day. I”m 30 and have neen smoking heavy for about 5 years and overall for about 12 years.. I want to stop smoking, but im going thru a period of anxiety and new jobs and other stresses, and would like know a proven way or suppliment to help me with letting the cig’s go

Simply, managing stress. There are many things you can do to soothe stress, like physical activities, yoga, meditation, even a nice warm relaxing bath. You could also find a hobby that you enjoy, that will relax you.
Stress management could also be considered dealing with stress as it arises. Be sure to not over-exert yourself, and if something stressful comes along, take it one step at a time. It’s also important to take a little time out once in a while for some “you time.” basically do something for yourself once in a while.

I Have A Co Worker That Makes Me Crazy! Need Help With Stress Management!?

This is not a situation where I can report her to the boss or get her in trouble. She works for a seperate company but we share space. She is habitually late, then makes coffee, then breakfast some days & yaps at my desk instead of booting up her computer. She not only distracts me, her bad attitude about the job means I end up doing more work because she is on personal calls or long lunches when the boss is out.
I just need a better technique than whining to my friends to blow off the steam. I can’t afford to let her know how hard she is to work with because in the past when I have mentioned even little things she takes offense & then her behavior is worse.
any suggestions?
