hi, im 24 and have discovered a bunch of white hair growing in the scalp area above and behind my right ear. i have been involved in alot of stress from years, i belong to the kinda work in which i gota deal with alot of stress. however there is no such history in my family, so im cancelling genetics out. my question is, will reduction in this stress (meaning change in lifestyle work etc) have any affect in the multiplication or can prevent the multiplication of these white hair? i know from my research so far that there is no effective cure.

I really want a lifestyle that is stress free and not so much money orientated. Living in an “old country” and owning a bakery, having a family and just living a stress free happy lifestyle. Where would this be? Italy? Scotland?
im a Christian and practicing meditation (jus for stress relief not for spiritual purposes) but i find that certain songs are very calming and relaxing when i am stressed and they are Christian songs in worship to God. it is soft slow music and soothing.. is it okay to incorporate this into practical meditation and focus on the lyrics instead of something like my breath or a word or phrase that i repeat?

breathing excercise is the best thing out believe me slow deep breaths in through your nose and then slow deep breath out through your mouth like count to five as breathing out for about 6 times or for as long as you can do it, also try switching off and think nice things it alwaysworks for me
